Community Clean Energy
for Staten Island
BENEFITS TO STATEN ISLANDERS
Annadale Energy will provide local sources of clean electricity with significantly lower levels of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and air pollution, cutting Staten Island's annual carbon footprint by more than 10,000 metric tons.
Annadale Energy uses distributed energy resources (DERs) to create a more reliable and resilient power grid for the 25,000 homes and businesses in Staten Island's Annadale, Bay Terrace, Eltingville, and Great Kills neighborhoods.
Annadale Energy is a pair of community distributed generation (CDG) host sites that allow thousands of New York City homes and businesses to subscribe and earn guaranteed, no-risk savings on each month's utility bill.

Annadale Community Clean Energy Projects LLC (Annadale Energy) is the owner, operator, and manager for two proposed community distributed generation (CDG) host sites located in the Annadale neighborhood of Staten Island in New York City.
Each host site will interconnect to the Wainwright Load Area of the Consolidated Edison (ConEd) electric distribution system and provide Locational Service Relief Value (LSRV) capacity during peak grid events.
The clean electricity exports will be valued under the ConEd Value of Distributed Energy Resources (VDER) Value Stack tariff, as set by the New York State Public Service Commission (PSC).
Allocations of Value Stack utility bill credits will become available to Annadale Energy subscribers upon utility interconnection in 2020.
